📜 Member QR Card Agreement
Before your QR card is issued, please read and agree to each of the following terms. This agreement is required for all EBC Memphis members.

My card is personal and non-transferable. I understand this QR card is assigned to me personally. I will not share, lend, sell, or allow anyone else to use my card for any reason — including family members.

Activation is controlled by EBC leadership. I understand my card is activated and deactivated by EBC Memphis leadership based on event schedules. An inactive card does not entitle me to access any event, discount, or service.

I will not misuse or reproduce this card. I agree not to screenshot, duplicate, or share my QR code in any way that allows another person to gain unauthorized access to any EBC event, fundraiser, or service.

My card is subject to revocation at any time. I understand that EBC Memphis leadership may suspend or permanently revoke my card without notice if misuse is suspected or confirmed. Intentional misuse may also affect my standing as a member of this congregation.

My information is accurate and truthful. I certify that my name, email, and phone number are accurate and belong to me. Providing false information is grounds for immediate and permanent card revocation.
I have read, understand, and fully agree to all five terms of this Member QR Card Agreement. I accept personal responsibility for the use of my card.
